Een eenzame Engelse zakenman (Law) wordt gechanteerd door een collega die ontdekt heeft dat hij van plan is om een prostituee te bezoeken tijdens een reis. Een getrouwde vrouw (Weisz) probeert haar relatie met haar jongere minnaar te verbreken. Een Braziliaanse studente (Flor) besluit om haar vriend in Londen te verlaten en terug te keren naar Rio. Een ex-alcoholicus (Hopkins) vliegt naar Phoenix in de hoop dat een nobele onbekende zijn reeds lang verdwenen dochter zou kunnen zijn. Op de luchthaven van Denver wordt de kalmte van een man (Foster) die wegens seksueel misbruik is gearresteerd maar voorwaardelijk is vrijgelaten op de proef gesteld wanneer een mooie vreemdelinge hem een onverwacht voorstel doet. 360 volgt een aantal koppels van verschillende origine en sociale achtergrond uit verschillende steden in hun seksuele ontmoetingen en toont dat elke keuze die ze gemaakt hebben invloed kan hebben op de levens van andere mensen in andere delen van de wereld.
